What is the purpose of this project?

The Coronavirus pandemic has been the most serious, fatal healthcare challenge to humanity in over 100 years. It has brought tragic, and in some ways avoidable illness and death in great numbers, as well as social, political, and economic upheaval around the world.

To address these challenges, this project aims to understand the impact of the coronavirus vaccines on the pandemic, directly from individuals who have been vaccinated. You will be asked questions including which vaccine you have taken, if you have experienced coronavirus, and the short-term and long-term effects of both.

Who can take part?

If you are over the age of 18, then you can complete this questionnaire. To confirm your identity, you will be asked to present one form of identification (e.g., a government ID card, passport, driving license, or health system ID such as a British NHS number).                               

How long will this take?

The questionnaire will not take longer than 10 minutes to complete. If you wish to participate, please consent to taking part by clicking ‘I consent to take part in this project’ below.

What about my privacy and confidentiality?

The survey response will be kept confidential. Your personal data is being collected to further understand the impact of the coronavirus pandemic, and GIANT Health will not sell your personal information to advertisers.
