Joshua is the product owner at Fenomatch, a company dedicated to improving the donor selection process for IVF patients. The Fenomatch algorithm allows doctors to assign donors a score based on their phenotypic facial resemblance to the recipient, increasing the degree of resemblance between parents and donor-assisted children. Their platform, which also includes AI ethnicity verification and one-click comparison of carrier screening results, is used at over 100 clinics around the world. Since 2018, Fenomatch has helped over 7,500 families.
