Paul is Digital Lead for Cheshire and Merseyside Health and Care Partners and Co-Chair of the NHSX Blueprinting Steering Committee . Previously he was Director of IT and Information at the Digital Exemplar, Wirral University Teaching Hospital. He has more than 35 years’ experience in health informatics having worked in top roles at the National, North West and Cheshire and Merseyside levels @OhOhand for 5 years in Qatar.
