Nicholas has been working in policy within the health sector for over 20 years. In 2016 he founded the Health Tech Alliance a coalition of health tech companies working with NHS bodies to drive up the adoption of innovation and new technologies. He convened the inaugural Parliament & HealthTech Conference in Portcullis House in January 2020. He is a regular commentator in the media and former chairman of national charity: the British Liver Trust
