Rich Westman

Founder, Kaido

Rich is the CEO and Founder of workplace wellbeing provider Kaido. Kaido supports employers including KPMG, the Department of Health and the NHS to keep their teams healthy, motivated and connected. Prior to founding Kaido, Rich worked as a Sports Scientist, supporting professional athletes from Leicester Tigers, Worcester Warriors and the LTA with their fitness and conditioning work. In 2019 Rich was named Birmingham's Young Professional of the Year for Technology and Innovation.
