Andrew is lead healthcare partner at Albion Capital, a UK-focused generalist venture capital investor managing approximately £750m of venture funds. A former neurosurgeon, he focuses on medical technologies and technology-enabled services to the healthcare and life-science sectors. As well as investing from Albion’s VCTs he also oversees the UCL Technology Funds, investing in the IP out of UCL’s research base. He has invested in sectors ranging from digital health, diagnostics and imaging to therapeutics including cell and gene therapies.
